PREPARING FOR APPOINTMENT
If you use water proof mascara, avoid using it 2-3 days before your appointment. The film it leaves on your lashes may prevent the extensions from adhering correctly.
Arrive to your appointment with dry, clean lashes and makeup free. The more time we have to spend cleaning your lashes, the less time you have for the application = less lashes applied.
Remove contact lenses before your appointment if you tend to get dry eyes.
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY
Scheduled treatments are reserved especially for you. We understand that situations arise in which you must cancel your appointment. However, we require 24 hour advance notice in order to cancel or reschedule any service with no charge. If you “Reschedule” more than 24 hours in advance, your deposit can be applied to a new date and time. Your deposit can only be transferred ONE TIME. If you need to reschedule a SECOND time, your appointment will be cancelled and you will need to pay a new deposit to book an appointment.
If your appointment is not cancelled within this notification period, your appointment is considered confirmed. Any changes or cancellations made after the 24 hour window are subject to a 50% charge for each service and the $50 booking fee is not refundable. Because of this policy, a valid credit card number is required at time of booking.
LATE POLICY
While there is no fee for late arrivals, if you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of time already given, you will be responsible for the full session.
Please note that we have a 15 minutes late policy. Clients arriving over 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, as accommodating late clients may inconvenience the lash artists’ next appointments. While we will try our best to accommodate you, understand that your appointment may be rescheduled at our discretion. In this event, the cancellation/rescheduling policy will come into effect.
NO SHOW POLICY
If you “no show” for your appointment without any prior communication, your appointment will automatically be canceled, you will forfeit your deposit, and you will no longer being able to book services.
REFUNDS
At First On Spencer we have a zero refund policy. In the unfortunate event you might be allergic, we will offer you a free removal.
MAKEUP?
No eye-make up please! Face and brows are ok.
CHILDREN IN THE STUDIO
Please schedule your appointments around your child care. Unfortunately we do not allow children in the service rooms.
